Amendment on Attachment of MOIT Reg. No. 558/MPP/Kep/12/1998 Which Last Amendment By MOIT Reg. No. 575/MPP/Kep/8/2002 Concerning General Rules on Export

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE,

Attachment

Considering :

• a. that in the framework of enhancing the export performance of products of forestry industry as well as supporting efforts to maintain the continuous production of the said industry and at the same time encouraging the realization of production forests managed eternally, it is deemed necessary to amend Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 558/MPP/Kep/12/1998 as already amended several times and the latest by Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 575/MPP/Kep/8/2002 and re-stipulate goods having their export regulated, supervised and banned;
• b. that in relation thereto, a decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade needs to be issued;

In view of :

• 1. Presidential Decree No. 260/1957 on the affirmation or tasks and responsibility of the Minister of Trade in the international trade sector;
• 2. Presidential Decree No. 228/M/2001 on the establishment of the Mutual Cooperation Cabinet;
• 3. Presidential Decree No. 102/2001 on status, tasks, functions, authority, organizational structures and working arrangements of ministries;
• 4. Presidential Decree No. 109/2001 on first-echelon organizational units and tasks of ministries;
• 5. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 558/MPP/Kep/12/1998 on export general provisions as already amended several times and the latest by Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 575/MPP/Kep/8/2002;
• 6. Decree of the Minister of industry and Trade No. 86/MPP/Kep/3/2001 on the organization structure and working arrangement of ministries;

DECIDES :

To stipulate :

THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON THE CHANGE IN THE ATTACHMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO. 558/MPP/KEP/12/1998 ON EXPORT GENERAL PROVISIONS AS ALREADY AMENDED SEVERAL TIMES AND THE LATEST BY DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO. 575/MPP/Kep/8/2002.

Article 1

To change the Attachment to Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 558/MPP/Kep/12/1998 as already amended several times and the latest by Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 575/MPP/Kep/8/2002 and re-stipulate goods having their export regulated, supervised and banned to become what is contained m the attachment to this decree.

Article 2

This decree shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.

For public cognizance, this decree shall be published by placing it in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
